Free Standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $99!

To qualify your order value must be greater than $99 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any freight charges.
Orders under $99 are charged the full price of shipping
We use the carriers Australia Post, Couriers Please and TNT(FedEx).

We offer express shipping which is able to be selected in the “Checkout", which are available at an extra fee. Please allow additional delivery time for regional areas.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free service available for all online orders. Select Click & Collect in the checkout and pick up your order at your local Paddy Pallin. For more information see our Click & Collect page.

Please note: The delivery times provided are an estimate from our delivery partners and due to factors beyond our control, your parcel transit time may be longer than expected. Please consider Express Shipping if you require your order urgently.

About Our Packaging

At Paddy Pallin, we try to incorporate sustainable practices where possible. In doing so, please note the following: 

• Our new POLLAST!C satchels are made from 100% ocean bound plastic pollution rescued from coastal communities in Southeast Asia.  They are Carbon Neutral and help alleviate poverty. When you get one of these bags from us, please reuse it if you can.
• If we need to send your order inside of a box, we will reuse an existing box from one of our own deliveries. Doing this means we don't use virgin cardboard and reduces the amount of waste going to a processing facility. Although your box may look a little preloved, rest assured your products are new and protected.

Delivery to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

• Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers is available.
• Orders must be sent by Australia Post Regular Post or Australia Post Express Post

Track and Trace

• All orders are sent with a tracking number.
• We will email you tracking details when the product is dispatched.

Split Deliveries

• Split deliveries occur when items in an order need to be sourced from multiple locations. If this is the case your order may come in multiple packages from different locations.
• No additional shipping fees will be incurred.

Dispatch times

• Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays).
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. 
• Please see your order confirmation email to see if we are experiencing any delays to dispatch times. 
• Should you require your order to be dispatched urgently please contact us by calling 1300 654 259.
• The delivery times provided are an estimate only.  While Paddy Pallin will make every effort to ensure delivery within the timeframe, factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not always allow this to be possible.

International Shipping

• International Shipping is only available to New Zealand Customers and for specific brands - Matt, Kuhl, Kula Cloth, Dirty Girl, Royal Robbins, Western Mountaineering.
• To place an order from New Zealand, please call our friendly Customer Service Team on +61 2 8294 5327 to place a phone order.
• International Order are sent by Australia Post International. All orders to New Zealand will incur a flat postage rate of $15 for standard postage or $20 for Express Post.  Parcels are sent with Signature required by default.  Free postage does not apply to International Orders.
• As the receiver, you will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that might be applicable to your order.
• If you wish to return an item you are responsible for the postage of the item back to Australia.
• Please allow additional processing time for international orders.
