Stuff it, crush it, dunk it.. The Patagonia Tenpenny Hat bounces back ready for more. Patagonia designed the Tenpenny with a blend of cool-wearing organic cotton and quick-dry nylon. It feels light, easy on the skin and broken-in from the start. A DWR (durable water repellent) finish resists moisture and sheds ocean spray; the semi-rigid foam brim floats and provides complete 360-degree sun protection. With an adjustable chin strap, moisture-wicking COOLMAX® headband and a dark antiglare fabric under the brim.
This lightweight, full-brim 74% organic cotton/26% nylon hat combines 360-degree sun protection with cool-wearing durability and quick dry times.

(durable water repellent) fabric finish repels light rain and snow and decreases dry times. When DWR is used in conjunction with a waterproof/breathable barrier, the DWR finish keeps the outer fabric from becoming saturated so that the breathable barrier can do its job.
